How to Apply for NeighborWorks Home Solutions Infill Homebuyer New Construction Program
Step 1: Contact NeighborWorks Home Solutions through their Council Bluffs office. Buyers must invest at least $1,000 of their own funds, obtain a first mortgage from a lender of their choice, and complete homebuyer education. Program is run in partnership with the City of Council Bluffs Community Development Department.
