How to Apply for New Bedford Neighborhoods First Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Contact the Office of Housing and Community Development at 508-979-1500. Applicant must provide at least $1,000 of the required down payment from their own funds. Must complete a CHAPA-approved homebuyer education workshop.
