Zero-interest loan with an 8-year term. First 3 years are a deferral period with no payments required.

Eligibility

• Income limits: At or below 80% of area median income for New Castle County, adjusted for family size per HUD guidelines.
• Purchase price limit: $379,500
• First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a principal residence in the previous 3 years.
• Geographic restrictions: Properties must be located in New Castle County, outside the City of Wilmington.
