Homebuyer repays a low-interest, 30-year mortgage that supports the Fund for Humanity revolving account.

Eligibility

  • Income limits: Must meet income guidelines (generally at or below 60% AMI)
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer as established by HUD.
  • Geographic restrictions: Niagara Falls and surrounding Niagara County area.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Niagara Area Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
