Step 1: Contact the North Little Rock Housing Authority at 501-758-8911 or visit 2201 Division Street, North Little Rock, AR 72114. Current Section 8 voucher holders may apply. The program includes case management, counseling, and financial coaching to remove barriers to homeownership.
