How to Apply for Norfolk Area Habitat for Humanity Homeownership
Step 1: Apply for homeownership through Norfolk Area Habitat for Humanity. Selection is based on level of need, ability to repay an affordable mortgage, and willingness to partner (including sweat equity hours from the buyer and family/friends). Norfolk Area Habitat builds in partnership with USDA Rural Development, Northeast Community College, and the Northeast Nebraska Economic Development District.
