Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. NWNEN is a REACH affiliate that offers online education through the eHomeAmerica platform. NENEDD requires a Homebuyer Education Workshop before loan closing, and NIFA accepts approved Nebraska providers.
Get pre-approved for a NIFA-participating mortgage. NIFA programs are originated through participating lenders across Nebraska. Confirm that your lender is NIFA-approved before locking your rate.
