Eligible occupations: full-time law enforcement officers, pre-K through 12th-grade teachers (public or HUD-approved private schools), firefighters, EMTs. Must be employed by a qualifying agency serving the area where the property is located. $100 down if financed with FHA. One-time use per person (lifetime).
