How to Apply for Northampton County First-Time Homebuyer Program

Step 1: Applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the Northampton County Department of Community and Economic Development. You must obtain a primary mortgage from a partner financial institution and complete a free half-day HUD-certified Homebuyer Education Counseling Program before closing.
