Contact the Massachusetts Housing Partnership at 1-800-752-7131 or visit mhp.net for details. Must complete a homebuyer education class. Must have less than $100,000 in total household assets (excluding retirement and college savings). Minimum 3% down payment required with at least 1.5% from own savings for single-family or condo, 5% down with 3% from own savings for three-family.
