  • First-time buyer required: Yes — First-time homebuyer.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase in Southeast Louisiana. Must finance through OnPath Mortgage Solutions.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for OnPath Foundation Pathway to Homeownership Grant

Step 1: Become a member of OnPath Credit Union. Complete a First-Time Homebuyer Education Course. Finance your mortgage through OnPath Mortgage Solutions. Contact OnPath at (800) 749-6193 or email onpathfoundation@beonpath.com.
