How to Apply for OnTrack WNC Homebuyer Education and Counseling

Step 1: Register for a homebuyer education class through OnTrack WNC.

Step 2: Complete the homebuyer education course (required for most DPA programs).

Step 3: Schedule a free one-on-one homebuyer counseling session with a certified housing counselor.

Notes

HUD-approved counseling agency since 1973. Member of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), accredited by the Council on Accreditation (COA), and A+ BBB rated. Provides credit counseling, debt management, and foreclosure prevention in addition to homebuyer education.
