How to Apply for Palm Beach County Homebuyer Match Pilot Program

Step 1: This is a lottery-based program. Pre-applications opened March 30, 2026 and close April 20, 2026 for Phase 1. Sixty applicants will be selected via lottery from the pre-application pool. Must attend a mandatory virtual orientation before applying.

Notes

Brand new pilot program launched in March 2026 with $2 million in Phase 1 funding. Covers down payment assistance, mortgage points buydowns, repairs, and closing costs. Verify current application status with Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development.
