Eligibility
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a principal residence at any time during the 3 years prior to purchase.
- Geographic restrictions: Property must be located within Palm Beach County.
- Homebuyer education required: No

Step 1: Apply through a participating lender. May be combined with HFA first mortgage programs and down payment assistance.
Notes
Provides a dollar-for-dollar reduction of federal income tax liability. Can be combined with the HFA Homebuyer Program for additional savings.
