Step 1: Contact Palmetto CAP at (843) 724-7353 or visit their Summerville office at 500 N Main St, Summerville, SC 29483. Must complete 8 hours of homeownership training and agree to reside in the home for at least 10 years. Eligibility subject to fund availability.
