How to Apply for Palmetto Heroes Program
Step 1: Funds available on a first come, first served basis. Must have an executed sales contract. Work with an SC Housing approved lender.
Notes
Seasonal program, typically launches in March each year. Eligible professions: teachers, nurses, law enforcement, correctional officers, firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, veterans, active duty military, National Guard members. Funds run out quickly.
