Eligibility

  • Income limits: Household income must be at or below 120% of Area Median Income (AMI) for the Tampa Bay area.
  • Purchase price limit: $240,000
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
  • Geographic restrictions: Eligible homes may be located anywhere in Pasco County, including all six cities.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
