How to Apply for Paterson Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact Passaic County Habitat for Humanity to attend an orientation session. Families are selected based on level of need, willingness to partner with Habitat (including 200+ hours of sweat equity), and ability to repay an affordable mortgage.
