  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a home within the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson jurisdiction
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

Step 1: Contact the Housing Authority of the City of Paterson at 973-345-5080 or visit 60 Van Houten Street, Paterson, NJ 07505. Must be a current Section 8 voucher holder, complete homebuyer education, and meet employment and income requirements.
