How to Apply for PathStone HARP Down Payment Assistance

Applicants must complete at least 8 hours of HUD-certified housing counseling prior to purchase. PathStone provides rehab coaching and support in securing private bank loans.

HARP (Homebuyer Acquisition and Rehabilitation Program) is a partnership between the Muncie Land Bank and PathStone Corporation. Program combines DPA with rehab coaching to expand homeownership while preserving affordable housing stock. Participants work with PathStone rehab coaches to select properties and manage renovations.
