How to Apply for Pinellas County Down Payment Assistance Program
Complete an 8-hour HUD-approved homeownership class (online or in-person). Liquid assets cannot exceed $50,000. A HUD housing quality inspection is required. Contact Pinellas County Community Development for application details.
