  • First-time buyer required: Yes — At least one applicant must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
  • Geographic restrictions: Serves communities in Hampshire and Franklin Counties including Amherst, Northampton, and surrounding towns.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
