  • Geographic restrictions: Proud Ground serves Clark County, WA along with Clackamas, Multnomah, Washington, Lincoln, and Jackson counties in Oregon.

How to Apply for Proud Ground Community Land Trust Homeownership

Step 1: Review the Proud Ground homebuyer orientation materials online at proudground.org. Attend a required Proud Ground homebuyer orientation session. Complete a HUD-approved homebuyer education course. Meet with a Proud Ground Homeownership Advisor to review eligibility, credit, and financing. Get pre-approved by an approved lender. Shop available Proud Ground homes and make an offer on one that fits your needs. Close on your home and sign the renewable ground lease.
