  • Income limits: At or below 80% AMI for Wake County. 1-person: $63,350; 2-person: $72,400; 3-person: $81,450; 4-person: $90,650; 5-person: $97,900 (2025 HUD guidelines).
  • Purchase price limit: $450,000
  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Have not owned a home as primary residence in the past 3 years (HUD definition)
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase in targeted geographic areas within Raleigh city limits. Eligible property types: single-family homes, townhomes, or condominiums. VERIFY: Specific targeted areas not confirmed in web sources — contact City of Raleigh or DHIC for list.
