  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home previously.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must be a current Revere resident for 2+ years. Must purchase a condo or single-family home in Revere.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Revere First-Time Homebuyer Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Apply online at www.bit.ly/RevereDownPayment. You must be pre-qualified for a mortgage and enrolled in a first-time homebuyer course before applying. Qualified applicants have six months upon verification of eligibility to enter into a purchase and sale agreement.
