- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer.
- Geographic restrictions: Must live in Allegheny County and purchase a home in Allegheny County.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes

Step 1: Contact Catapult Greater Pittsburgh or sign up for the PHFA RNIH interest list. The program is relaunching in 2026 as RNIH Phase II, managed by PHFA.
