How to Apply for Rockville MPDU Homeownership Program
Complete the MPDU Homeownership Program Application by emailing rockvillempdu@rockvillemd.gov. Applications must be renewed every two years. If eligible, an MPDU certificate is issued within 3-4 weeks and the household is placed on the waiting list. Must qualify for a minimum mortgage of $150,000.
