Funded through Erie County's Affordable Housing Fund under Pennsylvania Act 137. Saint Martin Center also offers free budget counseling, financial literacy workshops, and pre-purchase homebuying classes. Completing the homebuyer education class qualifies participants for a $1,000 down payment grant from Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Erie.
