How to Apply for Seminole County Purchase Assistance Program
Apply through HELP CDC, the HUD-certified housing counseling partner for Seminole County. Contact HELP CDC at 407-628-4832 to be placed on the notification list. Must be pre-approved for a first mortgage through a Seminole County-approved lender.
