How to Apply for Sioux City MyPad Down Payment Assistance Program
Step 1: Contact Brenda Miller at the Sioux City Housing Authority at 712-279-6256 or bmiller@sioux-city.org to confirm income eligibility and request the MyPad application. Complete Pre-Purchase Home Buyer Counseling and Education (through the Housing Authority or Center For Siouxland) BEFORE making an offer on a home. Once you receive a certificate of eligibility, you may shop for a home within Sioux City limits.
