- Geographic restrictions: Serves Woodbury, Plymouth, and Sioux counties in Iowa; Union County, SD; and Dakota County, NE. Applicants must live or work within the service area (and within 20 miles of a build site) for at least one year prior to applying.

How to Apply for Siouxland Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Step 1: Call Siouxland Habitat for Humanity at 712-224-6133 ext. 206 to schedule an application appointment, or pick up an application at the Siouxland Habitat ReStore. Selected partner families must complete required sweat equity hours and homebuyer classes before closing.
