How to Apply for SNAP Down Payment Assistance Loan Program

Step 1: Call SNAP at (509) 456-SNAP (7627). A counselor returns your call within 48 hours.

Step 2: Complete the SNAP pre-purchase counseling session.

Step 3: Complete the SNAP Homebuyer Education Seminar.

Step 4: Apply through a SNAP counselor for DPA and any additional stackable programs.
