How to Apply for Solita's House Down Payment Assistance Loan
Contact Solita's House at anthonyt@solitashouse.com to request assistance. You must actively participate in housing counseling sessions with Solita's House or one of their affiliate partners to be referred for the DPA loan. Complete their homebuyer education program. Solita's House will then help you access the DPAL and coordinate with your primary mortgage lender.
