Notes
SCLT builds community power and stability by acquiring residences and land and making them permanently affordable. Their Union Square project welcomed five families in 2023. SCLT is partnering with Habitat for Humanity Greater Boston on a new project at 14-16 Sewall Street in Winter Hill to construct 3-5 family-sized homes. Funded by the City of Somerville, the Somerville Affordable Housing Trust Fund, and Winter Hill Bank.
