- Geographic restrictions: Must be a Space Coast Credit Union member. Service area includes Brevard, Indian River, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, and Volusia counties.
- Homebuyer education required: No
How to Apply for Space Coast Credit Union Affordable Housing Program
Apply through Space Coast Credit Union when obtaining a mortgage. Funds can be used toward principal balance, down payment, or closing costs. Borrower must contribute a minimum of $1,000 toward the transaction.
