How to Apply for Space Coast Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program
Step 1: Call Community Housing Initiatives (CHI) at 321-253-0053 ext. 10 for a telephone pre-screening, or call Space Coast Habitat for Humanity at 321-728-4009. Must be willing to contribute sweat equity hours and a down payment.
Notes
Applicants must currently be living in substandard or inadequate housing. Must be either married or unmarried (not separated). Sweat equity hours required as part of the partnership.
