How to Apply for Spartanburg Housing Authority HCV Homeownership Program
Contact the Spartanburg Housing Authority to determine eligibility. The head of household must have been an active HCV participant for at least one year, maintain full-time continuous employment for at least one year, and invest a minimum of $500 of their own funds. Only fixed-rate mortgages of at least 15 years are approved.
