  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a property in Lancaster County. All borrowers must have most recent permanent address in Lancaster County.

How to Apply for Tenfold (formerly LHOP) Down Payment Assistance Program

Must work with a Tenfold partner lender. All borrowers and co-borrowers must complete a Tenfold Home Buyer Course. Applicants must contribute a minimum of $1,000 of their own funds toward the purchase. Contact Tenfold at 717-397-5182.
