  • First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have owned a home in the past 3 years.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a property in Lancaster County. All borrowers must have most recent permanent address in Lancaster County.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for Tenfold (formerly LHOP) Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Must work with a Tenfold partner lender. All borrowers and co-borrowers must complete a Tenfold Home Buyer Course. Applicants must contribute a minimum of $1,000 of their own funds toward the purchase. Contact Tenfold at 717-397-5182.

Formerly the LHOP DPA Program. Tenfold also offers up to $10,000 in DPA for homes in the Southwest Lancaster area. Approval dependent on availability of funds. No non-occupant co-borrowers allowed. Must occupy as primary residence within 60 days of closing.
