How to Apply for Town of Davie First-Time Homebuyer Program (SHIP)

Step 1: Pick up a hard copy application at the Housing and Community Affairs Division office at 4700 SW 64th Ave., Suite D, Davie, FL, or download the digital application from davie-fl.gov/HousingCA. Obtain a commitment/pre-approval letter from a lending institution and submit a complete application. Funds are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. Funded through the State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP) program. Applicant income/debt ratio should be 38%/45% maximum. First priority given to persons with developmental disabilities.
