- Income limits: Annual income must not exceed 80% of the area median income, adjusted for family size
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must not have financed a home within the last 3 years prior to application.
- Geographic restrictions: Home must be located within the University District Development Area in Little Rock and must have been constructed or renovated by the UDDC.
- Homebuyer education required: No
How to Apply for University District Development Corporation First-Time Homebuyer Program
Step 1: Contact the University District Development Corporation to check for available homes. Submit an application with proof of income. The amount of down payment assistance is based upon need.
Notes
Financed through the City of Little Rock with HUD HOME Program funds. Homes must be constructed or renovated by UDDC, limiting available properties to the University District area.
