How to Apply for United Way Pathway to Homeownership - Frederick County
Step 1: Contact United Way of Frederick County at 301-663-4231 or Joyce Kwamena-Poh at jkwamenapoh@uwfrederick.org. Open a Prosperity Account with an initial $200 deposit. Save $3,000, participate in the budget coach program, attend a Credit Cafe workshop, and complete a first-time homebuyer class.
