Step 1: Contact United Way of the Wabash Valley at (812) 235-6287 or visit their office at 100 S. 7th St, Terre Haute, IN 47807. Participants must complete a financial literacy course as part of the program. Joint venture between United Way and partner financial institutions in the Wabash Valley.
