How to Apply for Waco Habitat for Humanity Homeownership Program

Step 1: Contact Waco Habitat for Humanity at 254-756-7575 or visit 220 N. 11th Street, Waco, TX 76701. Complete the homeowner application, meet credit guidelines, demonstrate ability to save $1,800 while in the program, and commit to 300 hours of sweat equity. Process takes 18-24 months from application to closing.

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent legal resident. Homes are sold at no profit. Families contribute 300 hours of sweat equity. Income must be between 30%-60% AMI.
