How to Apply for West Haven First-Time Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Obtain an application from the CDA office on the second floor of City Hall, or call 203-937-3550 to request one by mail. Contact Housing Specialist Ronald C. Dumas at 203-937-3546 or rdumas@westhaven-ct.gov for details. Approval takes approximately four to six weeks after submitting a completed application with all required documentation.
