How to Apply for City of West Palm Beach First-Time Homebuyers Program
Contact the City of West Palm Beach Department of Housing and Community Development. Complete at least 8 hours of HUD-approved homebuyer education. Obtain a first mortgage loan pre-approval from a lender before applying. Note: For homes in West Palm Beach, you must first apply through the city program before seeking Palm Beach County assistance.
