Up to $25,000 (Forgivable Loan)
Owner must occupy the property for a set period. If the owner moves out, sells, or violates mortgage terms, all or a portion of the assistance must be repaid.
Eligibility
- Income limits: At or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size
- First-time buyer required: Yes — Must be a first-time homebuyer.
- Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a house, condominium, or cooperative within Westchester County.
- Homebuyer education required: Yes
