Owner must occupy the property for a set period. If the owner moves out, sells, or violates mortgage terms, all or a portion of the assistance must be repaid.

  • Income limits: At or below 80% of Area Median Income (AMI) based on household size
  • First-time buyer required: Yes Must be a first-time homebuyer.
  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase a house, condominium, or cooperative within Westchester County.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes
