How to Apply for Winston-Salem Homebuyer Assistance Program

Step 1: Contact the City of Winston-Salem Community Development Lending Division at 336-727-8000. Complete homebuyer counseling through the Center for Homeownership. Contribute at least $1,000 of your own funds. Funds administered by Forsyth County on a first-come, first-served basis.
