How to Apply for Worcester Down Payment Assistance Program
Complete a HUD-certified Massachusetts Homeownership accredited housing education workshop. Get pre-approved for a mortgage. Contact the City of Worcester Housing & Neighborhood Development at (508) 799-1400 to apply. Grant funds may be used toward interest rate buy-down or to pay up to 50% of the down payment required by the primary lender.
