  • Geographic restrictions: Must purchase within Milwaukee County. Must be a single-family home, duplex, or condo.
  • Homebuyer education required: Yes

How to Apply for WORTH Down Payment Assistance Program

Step 1: Complete 8 hours of homebuyer counseling with a HUD-certified counseling agency in Milwaukee. Contact ACTS Housing, Housing Resources Inc., or United Community Center to apply.
