How to Apply for WRO First Home Club
Step 1: Enroll in the First Home Club through WRO at (914) 428-4507 ext. 338. Save consistently for at least 10 months while receiving 8-10 hours of individual and group homebuying counseling. For every dollar saved, the sponsoring bank provides $3 in matching grant funds up to $5,000. Participants need to save $1,667 to receive the full grant.
